This is a beautiful community to move into! Convenient to Tampa and downtown St Petersburg/ Clearwater, it is also close to shops and malls!
Sally - 2 bedroom, 2 bath runs around $290,000. which is really reasonable. Monthly fees are around $400. for the association.
About the same here....but with less sq. ft. I bet....(get about 750 here :)

Now these are starting to get fancy! We have a condo place here that has a model they also call the Bellagio!
