They are nice...what kind of prices?
Sally - 2 bedroom, 2 bath runs around $290,000. which is really reasonable. Monthly fees are around $400. for the association.
About the same here....but with less sq. ft. I bet....(get about 750 here :)
Sally - this one is 1443 sq ft for that price!!! A bit of a difference!!!
Now these are starting to get fancy! We have a condo place here that has a model they also call the Bellagio!
Charles - Bellagio - seems that is the name of many new, pricey communities!
