Your action for today is to take one of your "to-do's"
and either do it or remove it from your list.
While it is definitely empowering to accomplish
your goals, your tasks and to-do lists,
it can be equally empowering to hit stop or even delete
on recurring goals & tasks that make every list,
yet never are completed. Ask yourself why?
Consider hitting stop and waiting 3 months to see if that's a better
time to tackle that goal/task. If you still can't start it or finish it,
delete it and realize it was never as important to you
as you credited it; RIP outdated goal or pesky task and ...
