Debe, CONGRATS; I am sososo delighted for you. I concur as to the reasons you prefer to be first in the line of interviewees and not being an agent that ONE-UPS anyone. I have to believe (that in addition to your qualifications and expertise) that one of the key reasons you were chosen (in addition to what they specifically shared with you) is because you were YOU. PERIOD. YES we sell real estate, but bigger than that? This is a PEOPLE BUSINESS; its all about relationships. Clearly you are a lady I wish to have a friendship/relationship with! I will look forward to the details; can't wait to see this home. BEST

Debe- Way to Go Debe! I knew you had it when I talked to you today! I just felt it in my gut!
When you are real people feel it. You got the listing because you are you and the others were fake. When they started on discounting their commissions, they lost face with the sellers and the sellers lost respect for them.I see this happen a lot in the luxury market. We are not asked to reduce our fee, the sellers in a luxury market are much more in tune with business and what it takes to sell a house. The selling of this home is going to one great testimonial and AR story! Congrats Debe!
DEBE - Thank you for the mention. I have no doubt that many more people will find you and choose you before they've ever spoken to you on the phone. Your Localism posts are some of the best around. I think that people can learn from this experience and start to do the same. The thing about Localism is that even though the subject matter isn't always as easy to write about, it is what the consumer is looking for. You have found a way to make your local posts very interesting to read. Although you mentioned me with Katerina, I must defer to her as well. She inspired my change (for the better). Congrats on the listing, Debe. I'm sure that you'll do an outstanding job for them.

Fantastic job, Debe! Congratulations! I think the consumer is starting to realize that the agents with the best online presence are better prepared to create that online presence for their home as well. Online is where it's at, it's where the buyers are, so you are poised for success!

Kelly: Who would have thought 10 years ago that we'd be spending so much of our time and efforts on ONLINE marketing?! I certainly didn't and believe me, I didn't WANT it to move this way because I had such a fear of technology! Now look at us--you're so right, online IS where it's at!
Steve: Sticktoitiveness is in my blood and I landed at the right place to guide me to a higher level in my business thanks to that trait (or flaw as some would say)! Those long hours online pay off in a big way when you ARE tenacious!
