I hate to be the bearer of bad news but really...
"There is No Santa Claus"
This may come as a slight surprise and I am not going to share this little bit of fact with my grand children. but
One thing I do believe is that home ownership is definitely within every ones grasp. There are a few simple steps toward getting towards that goal and it is definitely money oriented. Unless you do have a Santa Clause in your family but that is not the path well traveled.
These are steps anyone can start on today. First get your credit report and see what's there. Then work on getting your debt down. Then start saving for a down. There's no magic shortcut but buying a home IS possible.
