Hello from Weichert Hoey in Wildwood, NJ

Hello fellow Weichert agents......   Greetings from Wildwood, NJ.  I am a member of the Weichert Hoeyfamily - five offices strong with over 120 agents.  My company serves all of Cape May County, providing all of our customers with the service they expect from Weichert.  We have just come away from our strongest January and February ever.  This is huge in any market - especially the current one.  March looks like it will be strong as well. 

So fellow Weichert agents..... how are things going in your areas?  Are you seeing an increase in business? Are listings selling??  I would love to hear back.

The Northern Virginia/Shenandoah Valley area market is beginning to see some movement.  We still have a large inventory of homes, in my very location a 13 month absorption right now.  Spring is a coming! and we are hoping for great things.
