Morn is born...

Each day lends an opportunity to see things from a totally different perspective. When a situation goes awry, a day or two may be what is needed to set a new course toward gaining ground on an informed decision.

Some clients get cold feet, others want more bend from the other side while many are anxiety-ridden with the 'what-if's' scenario. As agents we are able to bring solid, fact-based information to help guide clients.

This morning allows another discussion with the builder to discuss potential buyer scenarios. If all goes well, my clients will move forward on a new home that will serve them well for many years to come.

If not, then at least today offered the possibility. Happy sales all!

Sunrises and sunsets here are so very special to me Tammy Lankford,, even more so now. Our house was in the path of a wild fire last week that was man caused. Luckily, the wind shifted and we were spared. My view may have changed drastically!

I have some sad experience with fire loss so I feel for anyone it happens to anywhere. I don't see very many sunrises these days.... but I love to watch the day fade to dusk over my lake with beautiful color. It's my happy place for sure.
