We get through real estate, and life, daily by taking care of the constant challenges. I choose the word challenge and shy away from the word problem. Everyone has challenges, but not everyone handles them the same. How we respond can make a big difference in getting a property from that initial listing appointment to that final closing.
Turbulence happens. There is no way to avoid it. Like flying a plane, you check the weather, but nature has other plans. The mechanics have done their annual inspection, but inevitably a part malfunctions. An airline employee has a bad day, doesn't show up or has issues, and doesn't have that perfect smile when asking; coffee, tea, or milk? Does anyone else remember?
An indicator of your level of tolerance is how you react.
Challenges keep us moving forward. There is no stopping.
Dwelling on these challenges is a big problem. Diagnose, Solve, and Pivot; find a workaround.
Complaining is the problem, like fighting a fire with gasoline instead of water. Calm a potential disaster or blow it out of proportion. Damage control takes a lot more time.
