On July 16, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values higher 4.2% to the price of $870,000 in June of 2020 from price of $834,550 in May of 2020, and increased 3.3% from price of $315,000 in June of 2019. While, homes sales jumped 62.4% in June of 2020 from in May of 2020, but fell 20.4% from June of 2019 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in June of 2020 dropped from 5.5 months in May of 2020, and lower from 3.8 months in June of 2019. An average it took 20.0 days to sell a home June of 2020, gained from 15.0 days in May of 2020, but unchanged from 20.0 days in June of 2019, in Orange County, California.
