Mental Health Resources in Montgomery County, MD During COVID-19

There's a need for some mental health guidance during this pandemic...exercising and meditating are two wonderful methods to use.... being mindful and being in the moment help tremendously to clear one's mind...  I practice that daily.

Hello Roy - other medical issues, including proper mental health, don't cease to exist in times of trouble elsewhere, having access to the appropriate resources is wise and needed.  Good for Montgomery County Maryland and you for spreading this announcement.

Roy, it is great that you post this, the more people that mainstream mental health resources, the less taboo it becomes. We live in a country that sympathizes a broken arm but ostracizes the mental breakdown.
