City of Gaithersburg Public Hearing: Crematorium Addition

 

DeVol Funeral Home: Addition of Crematorium
The Mayor and City Council will conduct a public hearing on a concept site plan approval to convert an existing residential building into a crematorium-viewing parlor and minor site improvement for the DeVol Funeral Home at 10 East Deer Park Drive. The hearing takes place on Monday, August 3 at 7:30 p.m. via teleconference online and by phone. Register and use the "raise hand" feature to request to speak during the meeting. Comment can also be submitted to planning@gaithersburgmd.gov.

Hmm. You have my curiosity up Roy Kelley . I need to look up the pros and cons to see how I would feel if they converted a building for this use in my neighborhood.
