Happy Father's Day! It has been a little rough in the later part of the week to get my run completed. Two down this week with one to go. Why does everything seem to take a priority over a run.
It's so easy to plop in front of the TV and watch Tiger go for another title or mess around in the garage, it's also easy to sit here and blog about how I should get out and run, rather than just doing it.
Well, now I'm ready - time to hit the streets for 20 minutes in the first heat we've had in Puyallup since October.
