I try and take a photo of my clients with my signs but timing usually is not on my side. I pulled up to place a SOLD rider on my listing and my signature sign “Look who SOLD another one” and my seller came running out jumping up and down doing a Happy Dance! He wanted MY picture and just wrote a review on Yelp and one on Next door Canyon Creek:

Options are over, repairs negotiated, financing contingency past and the appraisal is in and made value! We are good to go waiting for closing day and I couldn’t be happier.
