Once you've perused floor-plans and toured dozens of model homes, its time to get picky about the many details of a home. I've started a combined list of options and "deal breakers" my clients have shared with me in the past. I always suggest they make a wish-list when starting out, and to expect that it will be time to strongly consider when a home is at least 80-85% ideal. Because, there's just no such thing as the perfect home, unless you're financially prepared to ignore the affordability factor.
I have many Realtor friends here who also know the likes and dislikes of buyers or have their own personal preferences. Go ahead and fire away, feel free to leave comments below and add to it. When all is said, we should be able to compare notes and come up with everybody's idea of the perfect home.
Things that make me go Hmmm! 🤔

On my list of must haves:

Walk-in pantry ❤️
Counterspace (refer back to the first above hmmm!)
