RISMedia releases comprehensive book on succeeding with the team concept

This is truly an awesome book. One of the first step-by-step true "TEAM BUILDING" books for real estate professionals. I first discovered this book at the NAR convention last year. I actually purchased it this month and have read it from front to back and began implementing many of the ideas and "systems" suggested. This is a true winner. With so many agents wondering how to build a team and learning many of the "secrets," this book should be on every agent's list. That's if they are willing to invest/take time to read and learn.

I have a Question for anyone that has a TEAM...

I have been using Top Producer 7i - since they came our with 8i I really dont like the way it works.

Here is my problem. Having a Team, Myself, Listing Agent, Buyers Agent - I dont want to let the buyers agents have access to my contacts in case they leave nor do I want them to have access to each others leads.  What I have had to do is buy each person their own TP acct which is costly but not effective if I am trying to send out E-Newsletters to everyone in all databases.

Problem #2 - TP will only allow you to send out 1000 emails a day. With emails to realtors promoting my listings, buyers email campaigns, sellers email campaigns, fsbo email campaigns etc - I hit way over 1000 per day.

IF you have a TEAM - what program are you using and tell me why you like it ?
