Based on our blogging you might be under the impression that we only sell patio homes and condos, and while that segment of the market is a BIG portion of what we do, we started our real estate career in a more general way.
First time home buyers, distressed properties, multifamily units, sellers selling for the first, second or third time? Any and all were fair game.
Now over time we've eliminated some segments of our business.
We've done our last short sale, ever.
Multifamilies and investment type properties? We can refer those out to someone with the right specialty.
But we do continue to do general work in addition to our specialty of low maintenance homes choices. New construction, "regular" single family homes, first time home buyers all the way through last home buyers join our work with condo and patio home buyers and sellers.
In the last few weeks we've completed work with two different home buyers, one an agent to agent referral, the other a vet. In each case we helped them find and obtain a home that fit their budget and needs with a minimum of hassle and stress.
Next week we complete the sale of one of our 55+ patio home listings.
The end of this month a log cabin home on five acres completes sale for our sellers.
The week after Labor Day we complete the sale of an inherited home for a past client.
And later in September we'll complete the sale of another condo we have listed.
Meanwhile we're still marketing another patio home listing (Zoom virtual tour given today) and working on finding the next buyer for a buildable lot for sale. And we've got a good sized list of buyers waiting for that perfect patio home, condo or affordable new construction home to come along.
