It is a crazy market out there.  You may find the perfect house with your realtor only to find out there are multiple offer on it. This can happen time and time again.  Hang in there.  I am a firm believer that if you have some patience it will all fall into place.

I have a client that acturally put in more than 1 offer on homes that were short sales.  It can take over 60 days for the banks to approve them due to they are so backed up.  So a new listing came on the market. Just below my buyers price range.  I wrote the offer and had it signed by my buyer prior to even seeing the house. Got it accepted (a normal seller not a short sale or foreclosure) and the house was perfect. :)
