Stand out from your competition

By
Real Estate Agent with Simply Vegas

TODAYS Real Estate Market is very challenging for most Realtors all most every one is trying to find the latest technology and marketing systems to make themselves STAND OUT from there competition. Some Realtors have even turned to silly childish petty games like trying to slander there competitions reputation, deleting ads, trying to duplicate other agents marketing style, Stealing Flyer's from the homes for sale close to there listings and so much more and while doing all of this they still don't properly use what they have. I believe if these agents spent as much time as they did checking out there competition or worrying about how many sales Joe Blow has and put all of that energy into there business Realtors would have so much business they would not know what to do with. Here are some Simple Tips that I know will generate more leads:

1. Good quality photos of the property on the MLS(dont for get the views)
2. Virtual/Video Tour of the property linked from the MLS
3. Good property description on the MLS
4. classified ads online(Not those boring text ads)
5. Full Co/op commission

There are many other simple things that we as Realtors can do for our selves and our clients that does not include breaking the bank. I n this market more then any other it is very important that these listings get as much exposure as possible in order to sell(The market is turning around and more and more interested buyers are out shopping Don't let your listing miss its opportunity to sell.

Good basic tactics to stand out both photos and video are definitely key!  And of course a good description that helps you "see" the property in addition to the photos is always good.
