PAWS of Hawaii is a local, 501(c)3 non-profit, animal rescue on the island of O’ahu. POH is a foster based organization. POH works primarily in the homeless areas/camps of O’ahu, helping to care for, take in and adopt out the animals in need. Adoption candidates here

Volunteering with PAWS of Hawaii - Rescue and Transportation
Whether it is picking up new rescues, helping with emergency transportation or helping to bring supplies to fosters that do not have transport, having a reliable motorvehicle and time to help is what Paws needs at this time. Once you list your preferences you can specify which areas/cities you are able to help whithin.
As a new rescue need arises the response team will go through the volunteer list to find a person that is able to help with the specific need. POH will call you and if you are not available, do not worry, there is always another time. If you are available, we will go over needed information and set up to get you a needed kennel or other supplies needed for transport. Once you are set up with us for your first transport, you may hold on to the kennel for future rescue assistance.
