On August 17, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 1.1% to the price of $880,000 in July of 2020 from price of $870,000 in June of 2020, and increased 4.8% from price of $839,450 in July of 2019. While, homes sales jumped 39.6% in July of 2020 from in June of 2020, and up 2.20% from July of 2019 in Orange County, California.
There were 2.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in July of 2020 dropped from 3.5 months in June of 2020, and declined from 3.5 months in July of 2019. An average it took 16.0 days to sell a home July of 2020, lower from 20.0 days in June of 2020, and down from 24.0 days in July of 2019, in Orange County, California.
