Katerina.  Of course.  Tell that to all of the buyers around here.

Lenn, I have seen a couple of houses up here with that same type of stone finish.  It took a little getting use to but it has grown on me, and I like it.

hi Lenn, Are prices going up or is just Springfield? It seems that I have seem bigger for in the high 7's. Maybe I have the wrong community? It is a really nice home but I like some of the other styles you have shown better. But I still like this one, it just seems higher than what I remembered.

Ray.  Thanks for dropping by.  Virtual tour?  That would be a lot of drywall.

William.  William.  These homes are a full 45 minutes closer to DC.  This is Fairfax County.  The luxury homes you've seen on my sites for the $700K range were in Loudoun County.  These homes are very well priced for Fairfax County in the Springfield Burke area.  This is an urban area with existing communities and most new construction in the area is on smaller lots and/or spot lots with spot lot builders.  I don't sell them. I sell only major builders with quality control and good warranty programs.  It's a long story.

Lenn, interesting comments about the exterior design...the stone/Hardiplank combination are very common here in LKN.  Folks pay extra for the stone so many times it is just on the front.  I like the copper roof details!  BTW, I LOVE your home!
