Lynn, Those are the houses I do hang out in the backyard deck with the buyers for awhile. You would really laugh at me if you were a buyer running around with me as your Realtor. I have been caught playing with a tennis ball with the dog in the backyard. People wonder about me sometimes : )

Carole, Kathleen, Gary, Jenniffer - It is a wonderful home and I'm happy to say that we received an acceptable contingent offer and now an acceptable non-contingent offer.  We'll find out by Tuesday which buyer will be the lucky new owner.  I'd like 10 more listings like that, please.
