Buyers from Chicago visited my web site, found a listing I had, but they had a home to sell, and wasn't on the market, let alone pending. They wanted a home just like my listing. The wife came out with a couple of their children, and showed her neighborhoods and homes, along with the high schools.
The husband came out and did the same thing, and they narrowed down their search in Aurora 80016. They did prefer a finished basement, so in the beginning, new construction was not an option, as most builders do not finish the basements.
Once they had their home in Chicago pending, the search got a bit more intense, and they said they could finish the basement down the road, and did want to view new homes. It wasn't long after viewing this home, they HAD to write on it. The home is finished and will close end of this month.
