On September 1, 2020, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales increased 5.5% in July of 2020 from July of 2019; while predicted to rise 0.6% to July of 2021. The lowest price tier home prices were the highest with 7.6% gain in June 2020 from July 2019.

State of Idaho had the highest price increase with a gain of 9.8% in July of 2020, from July of 2019.

This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing but stabilizing.
