One of the most basic elements of a successful real estate business is the development and implementation of 'Systems.' Incorporating such tools provides consistent and repeatable standards of action/performance, and ensures that each client receives the same measure of complete, quality service.
Most accomplished real estate professionals employ 'Systems' for every major aspect of their business. But by far, the two most common are systems for 'Sellers' (Listings) and for 'Buyer' clients.
The Makeover2Takeover Week Five Challenge will be for our Teams to create a complete and thorough 'System' for both Sellers and Buyers. These systems will serve as a boilerplate (template) for all future transactions. It will provide a comprehensive checklist of task/activities associated with each client type.
Week 5 Assignment:
- Submit your Seller & Buyer Systems to Rich Jacobson in a single attachment Word Document or similar format. Any and all entries may be published on the official Makeover2Takeover Blog.
- Be very thorough and detailed in creating your systems. Remember that you will be incorporating these into your own business for all future transactions.
- Entries will be judged on format, completeness, and creativity.
This week's Challenge is due on Saturday, June 21st at 3pm (PST).
