In August of 2011 our travels took us to Zermatt, Switzerland to experience the most photographed mountain the "Matterhorn. It is Switzerland's most famous landmark and symbol.

We stayed at The Omnia, one of our most favorite hotels in Europe. After each of our visits we received a special memorabilia that showed us true customer service. They made it a priority to stay "top of mind" with all patrons. We always recognized and appreciated their value added service.

So many exciting places in the world to visit. I will be forever grateful to my Geno who planned so many amazing adventures.

Thank you for the memories!

Hello Dorie - my only trip to Switzerland was on a train on my way to Italy. My memory of seeing the Matterhorn is a bit different. I grew up in Anaheim and from our front yard I could see the Matterhorn from Disneyland. Now that "view" is obscured by buildings and trees.
