I had attempted to set up a good referral network of agents in all the states and foreign countries where Canadians are buying quite some time ago, but due to my own extremely busy schedule with our Saskatoon Real Estate market I was unable to respond to many of you. I apologize for that! Now that we are leading into summer it is less insane and so it is time to get going on this as I know your american market is starting to get busier again.

I have now hired on an assistant to help get our investment business up and going, so I would love to get your contact info again and info on any projects you are aware of, how Canadians are investing in your area or what incentives there may be,

Her name is Sara and I am going to have her checking in on the emails and getting in touch with you to set up a good referral network and see how we can all work together to sell some properties in your respective countries!

A list of things we need are:

the region that you cover

what will attract potential investors to your area and keep them there

previous experience with international (canadian) buyers

tax info for Canadians buying in your region

info on closing costs, insurance, etc

examples of pricing of different styles of properties

projected future growth in your area

estimated cost of property managment and how easy is it to rent out properties

referral fee structure

any other information you think our clients would appreciate

That's what I was dreaming of. I am in east Central Florida, greater Daytona Beach Area. It is already very popular with Canadians, looking for pristine beaches and not overdeveloped areas, and laid back lifestyles

I live in Anacortes, WA about 90 minutes from Vancouver, BC.  We are seeing Canadians coming to the US to buy summer homes as our prices are very good right now and the prices in BC for waterfront is sky high. I would love to work with you on referrals!
