John:  I am sorry, I must be missing something here.  I just don't get the point of what you are trying to say.  Please explain.

I unsubscribed. Hope it worked for me.... I get it,.. your post.  I hope I did not get the newsletter again.

Do you think it is to lure back those who have wandered away from ActiveRain?

I totally get it, and think that your 200 points are WELL worth the effort!

Thanks for throwing my post back up into Google with your post......

I think the Active Rain staff is incredible and we are their guests.....

Well, with luck I didn't fat finger the unsubscribe the first time around.  Maureen, let me know how the unsubscribe worked for you -- http://www.particlewave.com/internet-marketing/contact if you don't have my email.  I've gone ahead and changed my ActiveRain email to point to a dead account in the meantime.

That's just sad if one click unsubscribe doesn't work.

The first time I tried the unsubscribe link, it didn't work and grumbled about it, same as you. When I received the second spammy newsletter, AR must have fixed the link because it worked that time.
