Diamond Dwellings will offically launch its national expansion strategy next month at Inman SF Connect.  I've been given a chance to share our strategy there, as one of 5 "Innovator of the Year" finalists.  We've been keeping things pretty quite about what we're doing, except for a pretty small circle of contacts.  But, I'm going to start writing here, on active rain, about our philosophy & our direction.  I know that our business model will be THE answer for many agents & brokers across the US.  We're all pretty darn excited about it.  Can't wait for SF Connect! 

We've been working for the last year toward the release of our multi-user "broker blog" platform.  The multi-user blog or "broker blog" has become our specialty.  We've launched a handful of MU blogs in the last 12 months with exceptional SEO results.  That's no big suprise because each blog/site has an extremely narrow focus (can you say target marketing?)  We learned a ton about how to actually apply this stuff to business.  Some of our conclusions were very suprising -- not at all what we expected!  As we build & expand our brokerage model, a hyper-local website/blog in each market will be the centerpiece of our branding & marketing campaign(s). 

I wonder if there are others out there doing something similar?  Since we don't know who they are, we're claiming the title of "1st new scalable Real Estate Brokerage truly based on web 2.0 tools".  If you want to knock us off our little block, please let us know what else you see out there -- we'll happily stand corrected. 

Anyway, 1st or not, we're planning to launch broker blogs in 100+ US markets in the next 12 months.  Just a few examples include MiamiDwellings.com, PhillyDwellings.com, DestinDwellings.com & ScottsdaleDwellings.com
