Arlington Virginia CondosAs of mid-June 2008, approximately 41% of the homes currently on the market for resale in Arlington,  Virginia are condominium units.  Condos are scattered throughout the county of Arlington, but the highest concentrations are found in Rosslyn to Ballston corridor along the Orange Line Metro and in the Pentagon City/Crystal City areas.

How much do condos in Arlington cost?

In May 2008, there were 115 sales of condos in Arlington at an overall average net sales price of $348,373.

 

Of the 376 condos currently on the market (as of June 16, 2008), there are:

  • 11 studio condos at an average listing price of $192,607
  • 141 one bedroom condos at an average listing price of $322,132
  • 193 two bedroom condos at an average listing price of $451,780
  • 29 three bedroom condos at an average listing price of $784,419

Arlington has been somewhat immune from the drops in price that have occurred throughout other parts of Northern Virginia.  This is especially true with condos along the Orange Line Metro for which buyers are still willing to pay a sizable premium.
