Arlington Virginia Average Condo Prices -- June 2008

Arlington Virginia Condos As of mid-June 2008, approximately 41% of the homes currently on the market for resale in Arlington, Virginia are condominium units. Condos are scattered throughout the county of Arlington, but the highest concentrations are found in Rosslyn to Ballston corridor along the Orange Line Metro and in the Pentagon City/Crystal City areas.

How much do condos in Arlington cost?

In May 2008, there were 115 sales of condos in Arlington at an overall average net sales price of $348,373.

Of the 376 condos currently on the market (as of June 16, 2008), there are:

11 studio condos at an average listing price of $192,607
141 one bedroom condos at an average listing price of $322,132
193 two bedroom condos at an average listing price of $451,780
29 three bedroom condos at an average listing price of $784,419

This is great info - especially since CONDO NUMBERS are not included in the Case Shilling / OFHEO numbers that keep popping up! Thanks!
