How is the market over there in Sun City? Nice picture.... hope it's on your business card! I used to live in Scottsdale. Couldn't stand the heat. You do a nice blog though!
Hi Cathleen - Thank you for your comments. I work mostly the Sun City Grand area and my personal business has increased quite a bit. The sales numbers are remaining pretty consistent all around. Some of the other active adult communities are not fairing quite as well.
Yesterday we had a record day for temps (I think it was 112 or something) but the humidity was only at 6%. You'll probably think I'm crazy but it really doesn't bother me much. The only time it starts to get to me is in August. But I get used to it and then when the temps start to drop and the nights get cooler it always kind of surprises me.
