On September 17, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values increased 1.2% to an average price of $506,000 in August of 2020 from an average price of $500,000 in July of 2020, and rose 8.1% from $468,000 in August of 2019. While, condo and town-homes sales down 0.3% in August of 2020 from July of 2020, but gained 6.2% from August of 2019 in California.
There were 2.7 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-home in August of 2020 unchanged from 2.7 months in July of 2020, but lower from 2.9 months in August of 2019. An average it took 16.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in August 2020, declined from 19.0 days in July of 2020, and fell from 23.0 days in August of 2019 in California.
