On September 16, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 3.6% to an average price of $435,000 in August of 2020 from an average price of $420,000 in July of 2020, rose 14.5% from $380,000 in August of 2019. While, homes sales dropped 2.8% in August of 2020 from July of 2020, but gained 9.0% from August of 2019, in Inland Empire, California.
There were 2.1 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in August of 2020, unchanged from 2.1 months in July of 2020, and lower from 3.6 months in August of 2019. An average it took 20.0 days to sell a single family home in August 2020, down from 25.0 days in July of 2020, and fell from 32.0 days in August of 2019 in Inland Empire, California.
