Driven by your talents, you have no difficulty finding the right words to express your ideas. You are quite comfortable talking about ways to make people or things more complete, perfect, or excellent. By nature, you normally find just the right words at the right moment to express whatever you are thinking and feeling. Many people are likely to appreciate your fine speaking abilities. You can present your ideas in a reasonable, sequential, and methodical way. Moreover, you generate lots of options for others to consider. It's very likely that you are likely quite adept -- that is, talented, skilled, and knowledgeable -- with language. You can express your ideas and feelings with ease. You typically rely on words or phrases your teammates readily understand. Because of your strengths, you automatically generate numerous ways to enhance, upgrade, revise, correct, or revamp a process, action plan, or itinerary. While I don't seek this recognition, others have recognized it and sought me out. While flattering, my biggest concern is that the insights I offer are indeed helpful to those who seek them.

Trust your intuitive insights as often as possible. Even though you might not be able to explain them rationally, your intuitions are created by a brain that instinctively anticipates and projects. Have confidence in these perceptions.
Sounds like - "Go with your gut instinct". I've learned to trust that more and more over the years.

Make sure that you are involved in the front end of new initiatives or enterprises. Your innovative yet procedural approach will be critical to the genesis of a new venture because it will keep its creators from developing deadly tunnel vision.
That's where I like to be - not the bleeding edge - but the leading edge. A mix of Innovator and Early Adopter - think of it as Medium Rare!
