Of course the big question is site ROI.

I am a member of most of them but will take a look at the rest.....I don't think we every really know our ROI because when I ask people who they found me, they get on one site that takes them to antoher site that takes them to a site where they link to my website which is easier to navigate that many of the others so they stick with me....so how then do we figure ROI?

Christina - I belong to quite a few myself. It still kills me when I hear other Realtors talking about not having enough time to join. They make it sound like you need to be hanging at your computer all day going to all the social sites you joined. PEOPLE WAKE UP! You add your profile and if a consumer contacts you.... act on it! It is very simple? It helps with SEO for your website and that is what you should be concerned with.
