My 100th post. Meeting my first milestone with your help.

Well, this is officially my 100th post. I know to some of you that was a thousand blogs ago but it is still my first AR milestone.

I would like to take this time to thank my fellow Active Rainers who continue to inspire and encourage me every day with your whit, wisdom and work ethic.

There are some days when I have nothing to say at all in the way of a blog and then I will read something one of you blogged about and it will trigger my inner writer and inspire me to blog about something.

There are days when I've had it up to "here" with real estate and yet I get reenergized when I read something on AR.

Some of you are more special to me than others, some of you are downright mean, some of you are down right hilarious and some of you are just as lost as I am but somehow it all makes you special to me.

All I can say is THANK YOU for being you.

This is a picture of my family floating the Guadalupe. It has nothing to do with the topic really. Just wanted to share and no, I am not in the picture. It's my brothers, mother, sister in law (face hidden) and the rest are our kids. All of whom I contribute to my success in real estate to date.
