The Law of Attraction does have some drawbacks...since allowing "Happy Motivated Sellers and Buyers into my life"

I running with  these motivated folks , I shake my head when I hear 'Lets price my home to get it Sold! "I need to buy a condo this week"

My Most recent sale was a little mobile I've had on and off for a year...I  know the Seller was not motivated. First my email last week to my Seller in Holland, "Lets reduce the price to get the home Sold, I recommending $39,000" In the following morning email The Seller said "email me the Change Order forms and drop the price to $39,000" It does not stop there, I had a low ball offer the first day...I mean really Low, Then a email the following Monday morning from a new client to call his wife ASAP to show the home that morning, I did and the next day we wrote an acceptable offer and...it's closing next week !!!
