Thanks Eric, this is great. I work in the Mammoth Lakes CA area and we are representing a large high end developer building 24 large town homes on the ski run (ski in/out) and we feel that the market for the high priced luxury properties is really foreign investors because of the state of our economy. I'm with Coldwell Banker and they have offices all of the world, but I haven't had much luck receiving responses from our international offices.
