I have been asked many times "Why is it that you are so positive?" My simple answer is "Because I choose to be"
That is right in everything in life we have a CHOICE either we think positive or negative, yet it is still a choice. Am I going to be sad or happy? Simple I choose to be happy! I am going to stress over unpaid bills or focus on today and be positive? You got it, I choose to be positive.
Let me explain a good story, last week there were alot of negative people talking bad about the market, I told them" Are you kiddin me? This is a beautiful market!" and then walked away. I choose not to be around negative people. Well soon after that I got a few calls from clients and went on some appointments. From there we did the usual go see houses and submit offers. I went to show a total of 3 clients over last week and made offers on all 4. Waaalaa today we just got 3 of those offers accepted and we are going into escrow and the other one I am sure is soon to follow.
The point of the story is that if you let what other people think influence youl, then you are really going to be doomed. Also remember that everything in life is about CHOICES!
