Whatcom County Stats for the week of June 15 - June 21:
We saw 73 new listings (not including manufactured homes) last week and 43 homes sold - we are seeing an increase of listings since Whatcom County moved to phase 2. We are still in a seller's market but with the low-interest rates - we're seeing a lot buyers getting the house of their dreams due to the increased buyer power!
