Life is different, but it doesn't mean it is worse or better, it is changing, each day may feel the same but is different. As I walk, I realize different plants are in bloom, some last mere hours, some just a day or two. Some days I see Herons fishing along the creek, or deer, a doe with fawns heads bent drinking and one day I saw a wild mink.
Today as I walked I saw a mist, hanging in the valley, ethereal, it will not last long, as soon as the sun rises it will disappear, but I felt priviledged to see it.
Labelling things good or bad can lead us on an emotional roller coaster. If we just accept things as they are right now, and realize they are likely to change and we will probably view them differently in a little while can help us to be more balanced. To see things as they change and just accept the change and enjoy it, be it a storm or calm seas with light breezes.
