Sorry all...this piece of God's Country is SOLD! One of my most favorite pieces of dirt in the entire world will have new owners in a few weeks. 
I wanted to buy this Loup riverfront 53 acres last year but sadly...did not have the funds to do so.
I grew up only a mile or so from here and was on this ground many times as a young boy and later as an adult.
I have many great memories hunting with my son and daughter here as well.
I am really happy the family that is buying it have 3 generations that will get to enjoy the sunsets and river frontage as well as the hunting opportunities.
Some times we get what we want and sometimes we do not. I am satisfied with the outcome but would be untruthful is I didn't say I am a whole lot jealous. At least I earned a nice commission!!
