Westhaven in Franklin  - Westhaven is a Southern Land development, with many custom builders and home designs to pick from. As of now  700 homes have been completed, and 150 more under construction. Located in Williamson county, just west of Franklin, it's a short commute to Nashville or Cool Springs.

Commercial commitments include at 48,000 square ft Harris Teeter, a 3000 square Mafiaoza's, Vanderbilt medical group, Sara Northcutt Dentistry, Westhaven Pharmacy, and a Regions bank. It's starting to look like the small town that most of the residents have been expecting.

The Westhaven golf course in now under construction, and should be available for play sometime in 2009. Home sales have been strong and prices have been stable.
