I thought you guys might enjoy this podcast and get some inspiring ideas on how to pivot or just adapt your business.

I was honored to be one of the featured speakers (around minute 14).

I have to say it's inspiring to listen to this podcast. First, I'm impressed by the diversity of businesses these entreprenuers created. I never would have even thought of at least half of them!

Second, I'm super impressed by how these entrepreneurs have been able to pivot during these extra challenging times.

I hope you get a chance to listen and I hope it inspires at least 1 creative idea for your business (or perhaps a future business or side hustle).

Reacting to a crisis and pivoting to maintain or increase income streams could be avoided IMO by simply have an arsenal of tools of complimentary products or services already in your portfolio. Some services and products will sometimes produce substantially more than the compensation from a real estate transaction. Regardless, it's fascinating to learn how other entrepreneurs are adapting and adopting new revenue streams.
