Friday Round Table for Real Estate
Last month's ActiveRain challenge of getting together with friends in the rain via Zoom was so much fun that I've decided to make it a part of my week every week!
We had some great guests, got to learn, talk, and build relationships through the computer screen, and as the world begins to open up, I want to make sure we have a platform to continue to build on what was started.
With that, I'll be doing a Friday Round Table for Real Estate.
During the round table, I'll give an update on what's happening in the mortgage market, with the focus being on delivering helpful information, a learning experience, and real value (aka, no self-promotion!).
I'll be getting guests lined up, but the start off this Friday I'd like to extend an invite to "open the curtain" on the lending world, and all of the shake ups that have happened. The info I'll share will include:
- The modern mortgage process (in the world of COVID19 and beyond)
- The technology and tools that EVERY loan officer (or at least the one you trust with your business) should not only have, but know how to use
- A glimpse into the Crystal Ball for housing and the economy going forward
Since this is new, I'm going to let it evolve into whatever it becomes - a weekly get together, discussion, mastermind, whatever - but each week I'll start off with a market update, let you know of anything new happening in the mortgage world (or anything new on the way), and we'll always have some time for Q&A.
Although I'm mortgage, a lot of what I use in my business are things that translate to real estate - CRM functionality, BombBomb/Video Email, Scripting, and more - so we'll go over some great tools.

Please let me know if there are any topics you'd want to see, and please feel free to invite others - the more people involved, the more opportunity to learn. I've booked 11-12, but since I value everyone's time, I won't let anything run longer than we can provide real value - so some weeks it may be a half hour, others an hour, and maybe once in a while, a quick 15 minute update.
