Sometimes it take a while to locate the "right" property for a buyer who has TOYS! Oh, and a home that has been updated in a good location AND in their price range. We had to have a conversation about compromise, and after seeing MANY homes, think it sunk in!
When this home came up, I thought it would not work, as it backs to a major street, but found it was a ways back from the street, and lots of trees, fencing, and the yard really was private. When showing this home, I could SEE the drool from this buyer while walking through the 1,075 square foot garage! His dream!
Did the inspection, and found some items, nothing major, and he is looking forward to a quick close. He met some of the neighbors and most have campers, trailers and toys also. This neighborhood offers very large lots. This property has over 18,000 sf lot.
