What in the heck is Land Chasers?

I know I haven’t taken the time to really explain what we do for you and so I thought it would be a good time for me to do just that, given the amount of feedback and questions we’ve been receiving.

I’ll admit that when I first started investing, I was sick of the way the system seemed to work so ineffectively for investors. I could never get what I needed. As you probably already know, the majority of Realtors out there don’t understand what’s involved in investment real estate and therefore do little to provide the information necessary to help an investor make a smart decision. The gurus of the industry are busy telling you how to do it and that’s greatly appreciated, but rarely are they willing to get into the grind and show you how, unless you’re willing to drop $20k on it. For the average investor, that’s pretty close to all that they have to start with anyway.

So, Land Chasers is completely focused on helping new and old investors alike, to get the information they need to evaluate the deals we find for them. For almost every property we locate, you’ll find the following things in our reports:

-Good Market Comparables

-Estimated Cash Flow (with market rents and necessary costs)

-Estimated Rehab Costs

-Condition Reports

-Pictures, Pictures, and More Pictures

If someone is doing all of that for you, how much of a load does that take off of you? We do the homework for you and help you make your offer subject to an inspection and contractors’ bids. Why? This covers us, because we’re not licensed contractors or inspectors, but most importantly it covers you and protects your hard earned money.

We’re not real estate gurus or investment moguls. We don’t want you to believe we are either. We want you to read our reports for yourselves and decide whether the deal you’re looking at makes sense. If it doesn’t, we want you to look at another and another until you find one that does make sense for you.

We get paid when you buy, as any licensed Realtor does. But, we want repeat business. So, pushing sales doesn’t do any of us any good. You buy what makes sense to you and when it succeeds, you’ll come back to us again.

We call it Land Chasers. We think you’ll call it awesome.

Thank you, Sabine. It's really starting to catch on and we're picking up new investors almost daily at this point. It's got its kinks, but we're working those out now.
