I need some help! I write a weekly article for Realty Times and RE Technology and want to do an article on REALTORS® and Smart Homes. I do have the NAR’s report “Smart Homes and REALTORS®” but would like about a paragraph from somebody who has dealt with a buyer and understand how the agent handled the requested devices.
