WestLake at FishHawk Ranch
ICI Homes is the featured builder in WestLake. Here, residents have access to Central Park, which highlights a resort style pool and splash zone. Residents can also enjoy the features of the Lake House which include a playground, fitness center, outdoor game room and fire pit. Dogs have access to the Born to Run dog park for their fun time.
Encore at FishHawk Ranch
Encore is the 55+ community with homes featured by David Weekley. The residents of Encore are permitted to utilize the Lake House, Central Park, the Born to Run dog park and have access to the Oasis Club, the 5,000sq/ft clubhouse highlighted by yet another resort style pool, spa, indoor and outdoor gathering area and fire pit.
