We have a relatively new service here at OTC.  It's our open house service.  Here's how it works.  You can arrange the open house, print up the flyers, and provide any refreshments at the open house location.  Instead of YOU being there, one of our extremely professional assistants will sit at the open house.  We can't actually show the house for you, but we can greet buyers, hand out your business card and flyers, and pass out refreshments.  TREC has approved this service as long as we don't show the house.  So that means you get to take back your Saturday!
